Like home cooked - without thickeners & artificial additives
Our carrot-ginger soup contains only what you would put into your soup at home. Namely, mainly vegetables. Artificial additives have no place in it. And although thickeners would make the production much cheaper, they simply do not belong in a natural vegetable soup.
Tasty & healthy
Carrots score with a lot of diverse nutrients. Carrots get their orange color from beta-carotene, which is converted to vitamin A in our bodies and can promote vision and skin strength. Ginger contains gingerols (phytochemicals), which are said to have anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and antibacterial effects. So this soup is a little booster for our immune system, but also for our palate, because the combination tastes simply delicious.

Our soups are cooked and bottled by hand in a small manufactory. Moreover, like all our products, they are climate neutral: together with ClimatePartner, we calculate our CO2 emissions and compensate them by investing in various climate protection projects. Sehr lecker
Nach Basenfasten im letzten Jahr habe ich etwas dagegen angesehen diese Suppe zu essen, damals schmeckte sie noch wie Karotten für Babys. ;-) Offenbar wurde die Rezeptur verändert, diesmal fand ich sie köstlich.
