Our potato leek soup contains only what you would put into your soup at home. Namely, mainly vegetables. Artificial additives have no place in it. And although thickeners would make the production much cheaper, they simply do not belong in a natural vegetable soup.

You wouldn't believe it, but this organic soup tastes great without the addition of fat. Plus, at 42 kcal per 100 g, it's a truly low-calorie satiator. Vorgestern habe ich die Ersatzlieferung für meine Kartoffel-Lauch-Suppe aus der ersten Lieferung erhalten. Heute habe ich sie zum Mittag gegessen und ich muss sagen, ich bin begeistert. Etwas stückiger wäre mir wahrscheinlich noch lieber, auch etwas mehr Schärfe könnte sie vertragen, aber ansonsten perfekt. Die erste Suppe hat schon beim Auspacken durch den Deckel gesuppt. Beim Öffnen gab es kein Klick-Geräusch. Vermutlich ist sie beim Transport beschädtigt worden. Trotzdem hatte ich sie probiert, allerdings hat sie mich sofort in die Zungenspitze gebissen. VIELEN DANK FÜR DIE PROBLEMLOSE ERSATZLIEFERUNG.
Lecker und bekömmlich
Als Vorspeise oder kleine Mahlzeit zwischendurch ideal.
Die Gewürze sind gut aufeinander abgestimmt, besonders das Piment gibt dem Ganzen das gewisse Etwas. Für meinen Geschmack könnte die Suppe noch ein bisschen "stückiger" sein, ansonsten wunderbar!
