Flaxseed times differently
These flax seeds are super-crunchy! And best of all: they are sprouted in a controlled manner. To do this, the seeds are first soaked in water and then regularly rinsed with water until a small sprout grows from them. Shortly after the tiny shoot breaks through, the seeds contain the perfect nutrient composition. At this exact moment, they are dried with a special process, stopping the germination process.

Our sprouted crunchy flax seeds are really just pure flax seeds - they are grain and gluten free. At the same time, they serve as a source of protein and are high in fiber. Therefore, they are a great snack for quick energy in between meals.
