The better muesli
The grain in our germinated muesli is germinated in a controlled manner. To do this, the grain is first soaked in water and then regularly rinsed with water until a tiny sprout grows from it. Shortly after the tiny sprout breaks through, the grain contains the perfect nutrient composition. At this exact moment, it is dried using a special process, thus stopping the germination process.

During the germination process, the composition of the grain changes - it comes to life and biochemical processes are triggered. We analyzed our buckwheat from a harvest before and after the germination process and found that it contained 13% more calcium, 16% more potassium and 15% more magnesium.
During the germination process of oatmeal and buckwheat, the breakdown of carbohydrates already begins and the enzymes necessary for this process, amylases, are produced. Amylases are released during the digestion of carbohydrates in the human body from the salivary glands in the mouth and the pancreas. This digestion, already set in motion during sprouting, facilitates this process and thus digestion.

Sehr gutes Müsli, einziger Minuspunkt ist die Verpackung
Ich esse jetzt seit einem Jahr das Müsli in verschiedenen Varianten und bin echt überzeugt. Den Punkt Abzug gibt es für die Verpackung..Warum muss da unbedingt Plastik mit verarbeitetet werden. Das macht die Entsorgung schwierig.
