The better muesli
The grain in our germinated muesli is germinated in a controlled manner. To do this, the grain is first soaked in water and then regularly rinsed with water until a tiny sprout grows from it. Shortly after the tiny sprout breaks through, the grain contains the perfect nutrient composition. At this precise moment, it is dried using a special process, thus stopping the germination process.
Concentrated mineral power
During the germination process, the composition of the grain changes - it comes to life and biochemical processes are triggered. We analyzed our buckwheat from a harvest before and after the germination process and found that it contained 13% more calcium, 16% more potassium and 15% more magnesium.
Good for your gut
During the germination process of oatmeal and buckwheat, the breakdown of carbohydrates already begins and the enzymes necessary for this process, amylases, are produced. Amylases are released during the digestion of carbohydrates in the human body from the salivary glands in the mouth and the pancreas. This digestion, already set in motion during sprouting, facilitates this process and thus digestion.

Das Müsli wird von uns jeden Morgen mit den gekeimten Dinkelflocken, den gerösteten Erdmandeln und viel Obst erweitert. Es schmeckt sehr lecker, da es knackig und nussig bleibt auch wenn es schon länger eingeweicht ist! Wir haben es immer auf Vorrat zuhause!

Megalecker
Dieses Müsli ist megalecker - so knusprig und knackig. Ich hatte "fein zu kauen" und wurde von einem EL Müsli und zwei Sorten Obst richtig angenehm satt - bis zum Mittag. Richtig, richtig gut!
Hervorragendes Müsli, und auch noch gesund
Dieses Müsli ist schwer zu überbieten: es ist einerseits sanft und weich und gleichzeitig knusprig und knackig. (Es ist auch noch fein, wenn es mal länger angemischt steht...) Der Geschmack ist unaufdringlich nussig. Und es ist dazu gesund - das macht es dann nochmals feiner :)
Sehr lecker
Ich habe das Müsli nach dem Rezept von Wacker zubereitet, und etwas Vitalöl und Zimt dazu gegeben. Das war richtig köstlich. Das Nußmüsli selbst von Wacker schmeckt schön knusprig. Es passt alles gut zusammen. Und man bleibt auch länger satt. Werde es wieder nachbestellen.
