The real & honest vegetable broth as a paste

It is hard to believe all the substances that are found in most ready-made vegetable broths. Most of them are flavor-enhancing additives like glutamate, yeast extract, sugar and glucose syrup or cheap fillers like maltodextrin, rice starch and corn starch. In our opinion, all of these have no place in a vegetable broth. Because a vegetable broth should consist of one thing above all: Vegetables! That's why our vegetable broth is free of all these additives and also gluten-free.

Less salt

Of course, the proverbial "salt in the soup" should not be missing. However, we try to use as little salt as possible. The salt content in our concentrated vegetable broth paste is about 14%.

Quick & easy to prepare

Our natural vegetable broth facilitates the alkaline fasting cure and, of course, an alkaline diet in everyday life. Because it is prepared in no time: one teaspoon (approx. 7 g) to 250 ml hot water - ready. Of course, you can also vary the dosage according to taste.

It is not only a quick little meal, it also provides a tasty base for a wide variety of soups and is suitable as a seasoning paste in alkaline cooking.
