Germinated rice: The better rice
Our organic whole grain rice is germinated in a controlled manner. For this purpose, the rice grain is first soaked in water and then regularly rinsed with water until a small sprout grows from it. Shortly after the tiny sprout breaks through, the grain contains the perfect nutrient composition. At this exact moment, it is dried with a special process, stopping the germination process.
Natural source of fiber & naturally gluten-free
Since our sprouted brown rice is not hulled, it contains a lot of fiber. It's a bit harder or grainier than the rice you know from the supermarket, but has many times more nutrients due to the sprouting process. It is also naturally gluten-free. Use it in bowls, for example, or as a side dish with vegetable dishes.

Der Reis schmeckt nicht nur Groß und Klein ausgezeichnet, er ist dazu auch noch super gesund. Wird sofort nachbestellt.
Super lecker, braucht aber Zeit
Wir haben den Reis schon öfter gegessen. Er eignet sich super als „normale“ Beilage, aber auch Risotto + Paella funktioniert PERFEKT !!! Das ist super für uns. Er braucht recht viel Flüssigkeit (nimmt auch Geschmack sehr gut auf) und Zeit, lässt sich aber auch gut aufwärmen. Bekommt unserer Figur auch sehr gut.
Ich werde ihn nachbestellen. Gehört ab sofort zu unserem ständigen Repertoire.
