Natural spread made from sprouted bean & peppers
What is special about this mousse? We use sprouted beans! To do this, the legume is first soaked in water and rinsed until a small sprout grows from it. Shortly after the tiny shoot breaks through, the grain contains the perfect nutrient composition. At this exact moment, it is dried using a special process, stopping the germination process.
Perfect as a dip, on bread & in bowls
Our sprouted bean & bell bell pepper mousse goes great as a dip with salads, potatoes and vegetable dishes. Or you can use it as a spread on bread. The spicy taste gives your dishes that certain something.

Only organic goes into our jar. Our mousse is made from selected raw materials that are 100% certified organic according to EU standards and it is also vegan. The mousse is prepared and filled by hand in a small manufactory. Moreover, like all our products, it is climate neutral: together with ClimatePartner, we calculate our CO2 emissions and compensate them by investing in various climate protection projects. Dieses Mus ist einfach genial!
Es war in einem Probierpaket und ich fand es erst gar nicht so prickelnd.
Ich gewöhne mich ja erst gerade kostmäßig um.
Je länger ich davon esse umso mehr finde ich es echt toll. Schön pikant aber nicht scharf.
Als Brotaufstrich oder auch auf meine Buchweizen-Pancakes geschmiert ist es der Kracher!
