Healthy convenience foods? Ready-made products don't sound so healthy at first. But our falafel mix is different: It consists only of sprouted chickpeas, herbs & spices, is naturally gluten-free and comes completely without additives and flavor enhancers. Germinated chickpeas, herbs and spices - nothing else.
The power of the germinated legume
The chickpeas used are germinated in a controlled process: To do this, the legume is first soaked in water and then rinsed with water until a small sprout grows from it. Shortly after the tiny shoot breaks through, it already contains the perfect nutrient composition. At this very moment, the chickpea is dried using a special process, thus stopping the germination process. In addition, the germination process produces amylases, which do the same work as our digestive enzymes: This makes our falafel much more digestible. Together with naan bread they taste especially good.
Intense taste & easy preparation
The included herbs & spices give our falafel an intense flavor and they are super delicious in wraps. In addition, they are quick & easy to prepare: Just add water, let the mixture swell briefly, form them into balls or talers and fry them in a pan until they are golden brown.

Falafel einfach gut:-)
Ich habe die Falafel-Mischung heute ausprobiert und muss sagen, dass es nicht das letzte Mal war, dass ich mir diese Mischung gekauft habe. Einfach zuzubereiten. Ich habe die geformten Kugeln in der Pfanne von allen Seiten angebraten, schön knusprig. Zum Anbraten habe ich ein Kokosfett -mild- gedämpft verwendet, geschmacksneutral. Dazu gab es einen Salat.
Für mich Note "sehr gut"!
Köstlich und Perfekt
Köstlich, mehr ist dazu fast nicht zu sagen. Perfekt gewürzt, tolle Konsistenz, so schnell und einfach zubereitet und dann mit gutem Gewissen verspeist-die besten Falaffel auf dem Markt für mich!
Empfehlenswert
Leicht zuzubereiten, geschmacklich sehr ausgewogen. Etwas trocken, aber dennoch eine klare Kaufempfehlung.
Super lecker!
Ich war sehr, sehr positiv überrascht. Sie sind extrem lecker gewürzt und es geht schnell, sie zuzubereiten. Allerdings stimmt die Wasserangabe nicht, ich habe die doppelte Menge Wasser für die Zubereitung gebraucht. Was ja aber kein Problem ist. Ich freue mich auf jeden Fall jedesmal auf Salat mit Falafel, wenn ich sie nicht vorher schon aufgegessen habe.
