What are sprouted oatmeal?
Oatmeal is a popular basic for any muesli. With our sprouted oatmeal you can create your own healthy muesli according to your taste. But they are also perfect for baking or for savory dishes such as fry-ups. Oatmeal contains valuable minerals and B vitamins - But what makes our oatmeal so special?
Our oat flakes are germinated in a controlled process. To do this, the grain is first soaked in water and then regularly rinsed with water until a tiny sprout grows from it. Shortly after the tiny sprout breaks through, the grain contains the perfect nutrient composition. At this exact moment, it is dried using a special process, thus stopping the germination process.

Germinated oat flakes: concentrated mineral power & good for your belly
Oats already have a lot to offer in their ungerminated state: Its content of minerals, trace elements and vitamins of the B group is impressive. During the germination process, the composition of the grain changes - it comes to life and biochemical processes are triggered.
Sprouted oatmeal is also good for your gut: During the sprouting process, certain enzymes are activated, including amylases. Amylases are released from the salivary glands in the mouth and pancreas during the digestion of carbohydrates in the human body. The amylases produced during sprouting do the same work as our digestive enzymes, making it easier to digest whole grain products.
